About The Position

The Haymaker Goodyear is hiring AM and PM Hosts to welcome guests and help ensure they have a positive experience. Hosts provide a warm greeting, manage the wait list, answer telephone calls, collect information, direct calls, and take and assist with to-go orders. They communicate guest concerns to the Manager, support fellow Team Members, and bus and sanitize guest tables after use. The position offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling and opportunities for career growth in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with a readiness to greet guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work with others in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.

Nice To Haves

• One year of hosting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
