About The Position

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a full-time Dishwasher to help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas of a long-term care facility. The role supports food safety and sanitation, waste disposal and recycling, and positive service interactions with residents, staff, and guests. The listed schedule is 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and the pay rate is $16.90–$17.25 per hour. Pay may vary based on location, years of experience, staffing needs, and other business reasons. Residency within the service area is required.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
Comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
Ability to lift or carry up to 30 pounds and push or pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification, as required by State or County law.
Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
Ability to work around food and cleaning products.
Residency within the service area is required.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils thoroughly.
Sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and dining areas to help maintain cleanliness.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Dispose of waste and recycle materials as needed.
Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests and provide excellent customer service.
Perform other duties as assigned.
