Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to comply with all food safety procedures.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensures the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and resetting dining areas.
- Prepares dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
- Cleans machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, mixers, etc.
- Unloads and stores deliveries.
- Sweeps and mops floors.
- Cleans floors when items are broken or spilled.
- Takes out trash and rinses garbage cans.
- Supports other restaurant staff members by assisting with tasks as needed.
- Reports kitchen accidents or violation of food safety codes and procedures.
- Obey all federal, state, and local laws.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
