This is a temporary/seasonal, part-time Dishwasher position responsible for setting up and organizing the dishwashing area, operating equipment safely, and cleaning and sanitizing all kitchenware including China, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans. The role involves taking inventories, ensuring kitchens are properly stocked, and maintaining the sanitation and cleanliness of all kitchen and food preparation areas, including various cooking equipment and floors. The individual must adhere to food safety, chemical safety, hotel policies, service standards, and safety procedures, work cohesively with co-workers, and be reliable. Additional cleanliness or guest services duties may be assigned by management.
