The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled dishes, and prepping foods as needed. This role involves keeping the dish area free of clutter and organized, setting up dish stations, and ensuring clean floors throughout the shift. The Dishwasher will also assist in food prep and other duties as requested by the chef.
