Managed by Legends Global, the Wilmington Convention Center – the largest convention center on the North Carolina coast – is a one-of-a-kind downtown waterfront venue with flexible, LEED-certified spaces, modern amenities, and a dedicated team for logistics, catering, and AV. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and other kitchen items utilizing machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the kitchen, dishwashing area, and remote dish areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
