About The Position
YAYOI Japanese Restaurant is looking for an experienced, reliable, and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Previous dishwasher or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties required for the position
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred

Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Keep the dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and organized
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, trash areas, and other assigned BOH areas
- Follow proper sanitation and food safety procedures
- Assist the kitchen team with cleaning and other BOH support as needed
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
