About The Position

The Reserve at Mills Farm is hiring a full-time Dishwasher. The role performs kitchen cleaning and storage activities, including dishwashing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, and the storage and rotation of food and supplies. It also includes janitorial duties in dining-services areas such as the Dining Room and Bistro. The scheduled shift is 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and includes weekends. The company offers access to Tapcheck, a mobile app that allows team members to access earned wages before payday.

Requirements

Work experience as a Dishwasher or on Wait Staff.
Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks as needed.
Time management skills.
Attention to detail and knowledge of sanitation rules.
Availability to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Nice To Haves

A high school diploma is a plus.

Responsibilities

Load and unload dishwashing machines.
Wash designated items by hand, including wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china.
Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
Ensure enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils are available, especially during peak hours.
Maintain stocks of cleaning supplies, such as detergents, and place orders when necessary.
Check that washing machines are operating and promptly report technical or performance issues.
Perform kitchen cleaning, pot washing, equipment cleaning, and storage and rotation of food and supplies.
Perform janitorial duties in dining-services areas, including the Dining Room and Bistro.
