About The Position

The Dishwasher performs kitchen cleaning and storage activities, including dishwashing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, and the storage and rotation of food and supplies. The role also includes janitorial duties in dining-service areas such as the Dining Room, Bistro, and other areas associated with dining activities. This is a full-time position with an 11 a.m.–7 p.m. shift that includes weekends. The Reserve at Mills Farm offers access to Tapcheck, a mobile app that allows team members to access earned wages before payday.

Requirements

Work experience as a Dishwasher or on Wait Staff.
Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks as needed.
Time-management skills.
Attention to detail and sanitation rules.
Availability to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma.

Responsibilities

Load and unload dishwashing machines.
Wash specific items by hand, including wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china.
Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
Ensure enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils are available, especially during peak hours.
Maintain the stock of cleaning supplies, such as detergents, and place orders when necessary.
Check dishwashing machines’ operation and promptly report technical or performance issues.
Perform dishwashing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, and storage and rotation of food and supplies.
Perform janitorial duties in dining-service areas, including the Dining Room and Bistro.
