About The Position

Lake Lawn Resort is hiring a part-time Dishwasher to support its fast-paced kitchen team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role is an opportunity to start in the culinary field, with room to grow. Shifts are flexible and may include days, evenings, and weekends. The position is in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality department.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Comfortable working in hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen environments.

Nice To Haves

• Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Rinse and properly load dish racks for efficient washing.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, kitchens, and storage areas.
• Sweep, mop, and take out trash to keep areas sanitary and safe.
• Change cleaning solutions regularly and maintain proper sanitation standards.
• Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen support as needed.
• Follow kitchen procedures and direction from leadership, including the Steward, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef.
• Support the team with additional duties as assigned.
