About The Position

Visiting Angels is hiring caregivers to work around Franklin County, Pennsylvania, providing in-home care to seniors. The organization emphasizes reliable, high-quality care and supports caregivers with flexible, consistent scheduling. Caregivers may build steady hours, often with one or two consistent clients, and can choose schedules that fit their availability. This is not a PRN position. Part-time work is offered, with the possibility of additional hours if desired; full-time work is also listed as a job type. Live-in work may be available with a separate pay range.

Schedules may include flexible shifts of 2, 8, or 10 or more hours, on weekdays or weekends. Compensation is $15.50–$17.50 per hour based on experience and shift, with additional shift gas supplements, an attendance incentive, and mileage reimbursement when transporting clients. Benefits and training are also offered.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of hands-on personal care experience.
• At least 6 months of bathing and toileting experience.
• Family caregiving experience is accepted.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification is a plus.
