Evening Caregivers - Franklin County, PA (Flexible shifts)
About The Position
Visiting Angels is seeking caregivers to work around Franklin County, Pennsylvania, helping seniors remain safe and comfortable in their homes. The company emphasizes empathetic, reliable, high-quality care and offers flexible, consistent scheduling. Caregivers may work full-time or part-time, with shifts ranging from 2 to 10 or more hours, on weekdays or weekends. Live-in work may be available with a separate pay range. Caregivers may build steady hours with one or two consistent clients. Pay is $15.50–$16.00 per hour based on experience and shift. Additional compensation includes a $5 gas supplement for each shift, a $0.50-per-hour attendance incentive, mileage reimbursement at the national rate when transporting clients, yearly pay increases, and time-and-a-half pay on holidays. Training is paid and may be virtual or in person. Part-time employees may have the opportunity to take on additional hours if desired. Emergency support staff are available 24/7.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of hands-on personal care experience.
- At least 6 months of bathing and toileting experience.
- Family caregiving experience is accepted.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
