About The Position

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment and ensuring a safe, sanitary environment in the kitchen and dining areas. The role works in a fast-paced environment and supports kitchen staff with tasks as needed. The position requires weekend availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; residence within 20 miles of Love Field Airport; reliable transportation; and the ability to pass a federal background check. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and bring two forms of identification for same-day fingerprinting and background processing. The role requires a professional appearance, including clean and pressed uniforms before each shift and adherence to the stated grooming and appearance standards. Employees are expected to attend all scheduled shifts except for approved time-off requests and to remain productive throughout the shift.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Weekend availability is required on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Must reside within 20 miles of Love Field Airport.
Reliable transportation is required.
Must be able to pass a federal background check.
Bring two forms of identification for same-day fingerprinting and background processing.
Ability to lift 30–50 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for 100% of the scheduled shift and to stand in one place for several hours.
Ability to reach above the shoulders and bend throughout the shift.
Ability to move through the entire assigned store, airport, and employee parking lot.
Ability to remain productive throughout the scheduled shift and work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
100% attendance is expected, except for approved time-off requests.
Must comply with the stated appearance standards, including uniform, hair, facial hair, nail, jewelry, and makeup requirements.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring items are free of food particles before storage or use.
Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized and store cleaned items in their designated areas.
Assist kitchen staff with tasks as needed, including food preparation and cleanup.
Empty trash regularly and keep trash areas clean.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines; promptly report maintenance or safety issues to the manager on duty.
Treat coworkers with respect and follow company policies, including those concerning integrity, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Maintain the required professional appearance and grooming standards.
