About The Position

Dishwashers keep the restaurant and kitchen running smoothly by ensuring that all equipment and supplies are clean, sanitized, and organized. This role supports kitchen and service operations by washing dishes and equipment, maintaining the dish machine, cleaning work areas, assisting with prep and deliveries, and supplying kitchen and service stations. The position requires standing for the entire shift and working in hot, damp conditions, with frequent exposure to water mixed with cleaning chemicals, sharp utensils, and hot plates.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Good communication skills; friendly and people-oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, and able to multitask.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to stand for 100% of the shift.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds during the shift and place items on high shelves and in walk-in coolers and freezers.
• Able to bend and stoop frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide Players and Fans with clean, sanitized, spot-free utensils, plate ware, glassware, and equipment.
• Set up the dish machine in the morning and close it down in the evening according to proper procedures.
• Maintain the daily cleanliness and operation of the dish machine and troubleshoot malfunctions as needed.
• Wash plate ware, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils while following sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Collect boxes and trash from kitchen and Fan areas, take them to the dumpster, reline cans, and return them to their designated locations.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Assist with prep duties when needed and clean and sanitize throughout the shift.
• Put away food and paper deliveries, follow cooler diagrams and the first-in, first-out rule when stocking shelves, and mark vendor-supplied items with the date received.
• Supply the line with needed items.
• Supply the bar and server stations with ice.
• Complete opening, shift-change, and closing checklists, as well as weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed at the Coach’s request.
