About The Position

Dishwashers keep the restaurant and kitchen running smoothly by ensuring that all equipment and supplies are clean, sanitized, and organized. The role includes washing dishes and kitchen equipment, maintaining the dish machine, cleaning kitchen and guest areas, assisting with prep and deliveries, and supplying the line, bar, and server stations with needed items. Dishwashers complete opening, shift-change, closing, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks and perform other duties as requested by a Coach.

Requirements

Ability to read and write in English.
Good communication skills; friendly and people-oriented.
Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, and able to multitask.
Basic math skills.
Able to stand for 100% of the shift.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and place items on high shelves and in walk-in coolers and freezers.
Able to bend and stoop frequently.
Able to work frequently in hot and damp environments and frequently immerse hands in water diluted with chemical solutions.
Able to work frequently with sharp knives and utensils and hot plates.

Responsibilities

Provide Players and Fans with clean, sanitized, spot-free utensils, plateware, glassware, and equipment.
Set up the dish machine in the morning and shut it down in the evening according to proper procedures.
Maintain and clean the dish machine daily and troubleshoot malfunctions as needed.
Wash plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils according to sanitation and cleaning procedures.
Gather boxes and trash from kitchen and Fan areas and take them to the dumpster; reline cans and return them to their designated places; sweep and mop floors.
Assist with prep duties when needed and clean and sanitize throughout the shift.
Put away food and paper deliveries, follow cooler diagrams and first-in-first-out stocking practices, and mark vendor-supplied items with the date received.
Supply the line with needed items.
Supply the bar and server stations with ice.
Complete opening, shift-change, and closing checklists, as well as weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
Perform other duties as requested by a Coach.
