About The Position
The Dishwasher at La Posada helps create an exceptional dining experience by ensuring dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use in a timely manner. The position is offered full-time (over 30 hours per week) or part-time (under 30 hours per week). Shifts are 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 3:00 PM–8:30 PM, with Wednesday and Saturday listed as days off. The role includes cleaning and sanitizing dishes and kitchen equipment, handling food service carts and supplies, supporting servers with clearing dishes in the dining room, and maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen and storage areas. Candidates should be team players who bring a positive attitude. A high school diploma and current Food Handler’s Certificate are preferred; candidates may be willing to obtain the certificate. Responsibilities
- Load or unload food service carts.
- Pick up and/or deliver supplies and food.
- Wash and clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
- Assist servers with dish clearing in the dining room.
- Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen, storeroom, and other designated areas.
- Sweep and mop the kitchen floor, walk-ins, and other designated areas as needed.
