About The Position

Fitlife Foods is hiring a full-time Dishwasher and Utility Team Member at its Culinary Center in Plant City. The role supports the culinary team by keeping cookware, tools, dishwashing equipment, and work areas clean, sanitary, and safe. Morning and evening shifts are available; applicants should indicate which shift fits their schedule. Starting pay is $16 per hour.

Responsibilities

Sort and rinse pans, bins, and utensils, and rack them for the dish machine.
Sort, stack, and put away clean cookware while keeping it sanitary.
Scrub pots, pans, and trays by hand as needed.
Change dish machine water every four hours and assemble and disassemble the machine.
Fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
Notify a manager promptly if wash or rinse temperatures fall below safety standards.
Set up and break down the dish area.
Sweep, mop, and clean spills to keep floors dry and safe.
Take trash and garbage to the dumpster.
Follow Site Cleanliness standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Assist with general cleaning and other duties as needed.
