Requirements

Valid state-issued food safety and handling certification.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Effective communication skills.
Manual dexterity and coordination.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in hot and cold temperature conditions.

Responsibilities

Operate dishwashing equipment to efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils, using equipment properly.
Clean and sanitize the dishwashing area, remove trash, and assist with general kitchen upkeep.
Assist with food preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed.
Follow food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
Promptly report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and incidents.
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and smallwares.
