Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assisting with food preparation following recipes and chef instructions
- Keeping kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitary
- Properly storing food and following food-safety standards
- Assisting with restaurant and banquet operations, including buffet setup
- Participating in team meetings and training
- Working closely with kitchen and service staff to keep operations running smoothly
- Following resort policies, safety procedures, and hospitality standards
