About The Position

Naked Farmer is hiring a Dishwasher & Porter for its opening team at its upcoming West Palm Beach, Florida location, scheduled to open in Fall 2026. Naked Farmer is a farm-to-table fast-casual restaurant group serving seasonal, scratch-made meals and working to connect farmers with their communities. The Dishwasher & Porter supports kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization, properly storing and rotating food and produce, and ensuring cooking utensils and equipment meet quality and sanitation standards. The role also includes washing dishes, removing garbage, bussing tables, retrieving dishes from dining areas, and occasionally assisting with food preparation. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment, and willing to take on additional tasks as needed. Experience is not necessary; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Put away and rotate produce and food orders to preserve freshness and longevity.
Inspect cooking utensils and equipment for quality and cleanliness.
Operate kitchen equipment while following food-safety and sanitation protocols.
Follow and reinforce food-safety and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen.
Open, close, and clean the assigned station.
Assist with food preparation as needed.
Wash dishes by hand and operate dishwashing machinery.
Remove garbage from the restaurant.
Bus tables and retrieve dishes from dining areas.
Take on additional responsibilities as requested to support the team.
