About The Position

Naked Farmer is hiring a Dishwasher & Porter for its second St. Petersburg, Florida location, which is scheduled to open in Fall 2026. Naked Farmer is a farm-to-table fast-casual restaurant group serving scratch-made, seasonal, healthy, and affordable meals. Its mission is to build a better food system by connecting farmers with the community.

The Dishwasher & Porter supports kitchen and restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization, properly storing and rotating produce and food orders, and ensuring cooking tools and equipment meet quality and sanitation standards. The role also includes washing dishes by hand and using dish machinery, removing garbage, bussing tables, retrieving dishes from dining areas, and occasionally assisting with food preparation. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, flexible, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Experience is not necessary; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Put away and rotate produce and food orders to maintain freshness and longevity.
• Inspect cooking utensils and equipment to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment, including knives, ovens, grills, food processors, and blenders, while following safety protocols.
• Follow and uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Open, close, and clean the assigned station.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Wash dishes by hand and operate dishwashing machinery.
• Remove garbage from the restaurant.
• Bus tables and retrieve dishes from dining areas.
• Take on additional responsibilities as requested to support the team.
