About The Position
Naked Farmer is hiring a Dishwasher & Porter for its opening team at its first West Palm Beach, Florida location, scheduled to open in Fall 2026. The role supports kitchen and restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization, storing and rotating produce and food orders, ensuring cooking tools and equipment meet quality and cleanliness standards, and keeping work areas clean. Duties also include operating kitchen and dishwashing machinery, following food safety and sanitation protocols, assisting with food preparation as needed, removing garbage, bussing tables, and retrieving dishes from dining areas. Experience is not necessary; training will be provided. The position suits friendly, energetic, motivated candidates who can work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are willing to take on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Put away and rotate produce and food orders to maintain freshness and longevity.
- Inspect cooking utensils and equipment for quality and cleanliness.
- Operate kitchen machinery, including knives, ovens, grills, food processors, and blenders, while following food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Follow and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Open, close, and clean the assigned station.
- Assist with food preparation as needed.
- Wash dishes by hand and operate dish machinery.
- Remove garbage from the restaurant, bus tables, and retrieve dishes from dining areas.
- Take on additional responsibilities as requested to support team needs.
