About The Position

La Colombe d'Or Hotel and Tonight & Tomorrow Restaurant is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented part-time Dishwasher to help keep the kitchen running smoothly. This role supports the culinary team in delivering meals and guest experiences in a luxury boutique hotel setting. Prior luxury hotel experience is not needed, and the employer will train the right person.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen cleanliness, or willingness to learn quickly.

Nice To Haves

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and polish dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking equipment to the employer's standards.
• Keep the dish pit and surrounding areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing storage areas when needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate with the culinary team to ensure they have needed items when required.
• Pay attention to details that help the kitchen operate effectively.
