About The Position

As a Dish Machine Operator, you are a key part of our Back of House team—ensuring cleanliness, safety, and organization so the kitchen can operate at its highest level. Your work supports every plate that leaves the kitchen and every guest experience we deliver. Requirements

Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Team-first mindset and willingness to support wherever needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
Reliable transportation.
Commitment to safety procedures and consistent execution.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish and sanitation area.
Operate the dish machine efficiently while maintaining proper water temperatures and chemical levels.
Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes following food safety standards.
Stack and rinse dishware for optimal cleaning results.
Drain, clean, and refill dish tanks throughout the shift to maintain standards.
Restock clean wares to proper locations to support kitchen flow.
Remove trash, break down boxes, and maintain clean disposal areas.
Maintain dumpster area cleanliness and sanitation.
Complete prep tasks and support kitchen team members as needed.
Follow all opening, closing, and cleaning checklists.
Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service at all times.
Work as part of a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment.
