About The Position
The Pavilion Behavioral Health System has been the leading provider of behavioral health and addictions treatment for families in Illinois since 1989. Located in Champaign, Illinois, we provide a secure, nurturing environment where children, adolescents, adults and senior adults can find hope and healing from emotional psychiatric and addictive diseases. The Discharge Planner must be able to demonstrate competency in the criteria listed in this job description. It is imperative for the Clinical Case Coordinator to have outstanding organizational skills and the ability to constantly multi-task.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in the human services field (counseling, psychology, social work) required
- Previous professional experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred.
