About The Position
Citisoft is a global consulting firm focused on the investment management industry. Its Advisory and Delivery services support asset managers, wealth managers, and service providers with business, operational, data, and technology challenges. As its North America team grows, Citisoft is seeking Directors to lead impactful transformation initiatives and help shape the growth of its consulting practice. The Director will lead strategic transformation initiatives for asset and investment managers, provide executive-level advisory services, direct complex programmes, build senior client relationships, and contribute to the growth of Citisoft's practices. The role combines investment management expertise, programme leadership, and commercial acumen to help clients deliver change.
Requirements
- 15+ years' experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes within investment management, consulting, or financial services.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, Program Director, Implementation Lead, Transformation Lead, Delivery Director, Head of Change, or similar leadership role.
- Strong buy-side investment management knowledge.
- Demonstrated success leading complex programmes and managing executive client relationships.
- Experience driving business development and growing client accounts.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with trade order management.
- Experience in investment accounting and performance measurement.

- Experience with State Street Alpha, Aladdin, Charles River, SimCorp, Eagle, or similar investment management platforms.
- Experience with private markets, digital assets, or AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex transformation programmes across business, operations, data, and technology.
- Provide executive-level advisory services and strategic guidance to clients.
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Define engagement approaches, governance models, and delivery strategies.
- Lead programme governance, steering committees, and senior stakeholder forums.
- Support business development through account growth, opportunity identification, and proposal development.
- Mentor and develop consulting teams through coaching and leadership.
- Contribute to Citisoft's thought leadership, methodologies, and industry presence.
