About The Position

The Director, US Growth leads WeightWatchers’ U.S. paid media strategy and is accountable for U.S. new-member volume and blended customer acquisition cost against plan across behavioral and clinical programs. The role owns spend levels, channel allocation, expected returns, and corrective actions when performance misses expectations. It manages the U.S. Growth Marketing Manager and agency partners and works as a peer to the Director of International Growth. The position operates in an AI-native environment where reporting, pacing, forecasting inputs, and an increasing share of optimization use in-house AI-driven automation. The Director is expected to use AI tools in their own work, guide further automation, and remain hands-on in paid accounts to audit or unblock work. Key areas of emphasis include forecasting, cross-channel judgment, and AI-native operations. The role builds and defends monthly and quarterly forecasts, partners with Finance on targets and variances, allocates budgets across channels and programs, and leads testing and incrementality plans. It also manages agency, vendor, and platform relationships; partners with global creative strategy on U.S. priorities; works with Analytics on leadership reporting; and partners with Product on landing pages, funnel tests, and conversion improvements. The position is based in a hybrid work environment. It is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.
