About The Position

The Director, Trade & Channel Marketing owns the strategy and execution of marketing programs that drive sell-through across professional, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer channels. The role connects the brand with spas, medical aesthetics practices, plastic surgery offices, e-commerce sites, and international distributors, providing partners with tools, content, education support, and promotional programs to grow the business. It combines sales enablement, brand marketing, and partner success, requiring an understanding of aesthetic professionals’ clinical needs and B2B commercial realities. This is a hybrid role based at the head office three days per week, with the remainder worked from home. Additional onsite presence may be required for collaboration, meetings, and business needs. HydroPeptide plans to relocate its headquarters to Downtown Seattle in Spring 2027, and the hybrid schedule will continue at the new location. The role follows typical Pacific Time business hours, with occasional evening and weekend flexibility, and involves approximately 15% national and international travel to sales and trade events. Work is primarily computer- and desk-based, with occasional standing, lifting and transporting materials up to 25 pounds, and assisting with event or in-field setup. Compensation is $135,000–$145,000 with annual bonus potential.
