About The Position

We're seeking accomplished executive leaders to help shape and scale our technology, security, data, and product organizations. This is a senior leadership search spanning multiple functional areas — we're open to candidates from a range of executive backgrounds and will scope the exact role around the right person's strengths, experience, and career trajectory. Open Leadership Areas We are actively hiring across the following executive functions: Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) — Own enterprise security strategy, risk, compliance, and governance VP of Engineering / VP of Cloud Architecture — Lead engineering orgs, platform strategy, and cloud transformation Director of Security Operations — Run SOC, incident response, threat detection, and security engineering Director of Data / Analytics — Build and lead data strategy, analytics, governance, and ML/AI enablement VP of Product — Drive product vision, roadmap, and cross-functional execution

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership
• A track record of building and scaling teams, systems, or products
• Experience operating at the VP, SVP, C-suite, or senior Director level
• Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate strategically and roll up your sleeves when needed

• Both traditional executive tracks and nontraditional/operator backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Set vision, strategy, and direction for your function at the executive level
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams
• Partner with the CEO, board, and peer executives on company-wide priorities
• Own budgets, headcount, and key organizational outcomes
• Represent the company externally with customers, partners, and investors
• Translate business goals into operational execution across the org

• Base + bonus + equity: $250K–$400K+ total compensation, commensurate with role, scope, and experience
