Walmart•Bentonville, AR
•$130,000 - $260,000

About The Position

The Director, Product Operations builds the operating motions that enable International Product to work with speed and consistency at scale. The role owns governance, common definitions, standards, cadences, and decision forums that make execution predictable across markets. It centrally coordinates with Global Product Areas and partners closely with Market Product Ops, which executes standards in-market. The position is part of Walmart’s International Product Organization, which uses strategic market insights to guide global product capabilities and support growth across Walmart International. The organization develops a unified perspective on market needs, identifies scalable opportunities, and shapes the international product agenda so global platforms provide measurable local value. It works across strategy and product development, connecting customer insights with business strategies and leading cross-functional initiatives. The Director facilitates annual and quarterly planning, represents International requirements for AIPD tooling, runs execution and visibility mechanisms, and supports organizational health through communications, cadences, and training. The annual salary range is $130,000–$260,000, with additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses and potential stock compensation.
