Salesforce•Washington, DC
•$171,200 - $298,400

About The Position

The Director of Technical Program Management for Missionforce National Security leads a portfolio of high-stakes programs at the center of Salesforce’s national security business. Reporting to the SVP of Missionforce National Security, this individual contributor turns executive intent into structured programs and drives them from start to finish. The portfolio includes M&A integrations, large federal mission implementations, and commercial models such as outcome-based contracting and pricing. The role requires working effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, bringing structure to ambiguity, and moving quickly with a sense of mission. The position leads program governance and execution, including program V2MOMs, steering committees, workstreams, milestones, operating rhythms, executive updates, and management of decisions, risks, dependencies, and obstacles. It coordinates cross-functional M&A integration from announcement through steady state; oversees multi-workstream federal customer implementations; works with Government Cloud and security teams on capability onboarding and personnel compliance; and partners across business, sales, legal, finance, and product functions to develop repeatable outcome-based commercial models. The role also contributes to business cases and future-year investment requirements. The role requires U.S. citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized), residence on U.S. soil, no dual citizenship, and the ability to meet applicable customer and government screening standards. Employment is contingent on acceptable background investigation results and obtaining and maintaining the required level of government investigation and clearance. The posting specifies a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position.
