About The Position

Pfizer’s Specialty Care Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) team is seeking a people leader to build and lead its newly consolidated Customer Strategy team. The role brings together above-brand customer-engagement and patient-solutions capabilities, connecting field, patient solutions, and omnichannel strategy across the Specialty Care portfolio. The Team Lead partners with US Commercial Customer Engagement (CEP) and Patient Solutions leaders at the portfolio level, while brand-aligned pods support therapeutic-area-specific work. The leader oversees three connected areas: patient-solutions strategy, field and account strategy, and omnichannel and customer-engagement strategy. They hire, develop, mentor, and grow the team; set a high bar for strategic quality; foster curiosity and innovation; and shape how the team works in an AI-enabled model. The role uses IIS-built tools such as ORBIT and AnalogueOS to turn field, patient, and channel signals into action and to expand AI fluency across the team. The position is a portfolio-level thought-partner role with direct engagement with US Commercial Customer Engagement and Patient Solutions leaders. It involves guiding strategy and analytics across customer engagement, patient services, field effectiveness, and account intelligence, as well as integrating work with data science, analytics engineering, market research, field and sales operations, and other cross-functional partners. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available. The last date to apply is November 9, 2026.
