The Director of Acute & Post Acute Talent Acquisition/Recruitment will lead a dedicated team of recruiters and coordinators focused exclusively on staffing acute care hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, and post-acute care settings. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a leader who thrives on building systems, developing teams, and solving complex healthcare workforce challenges at scale. The role reports to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and serves as a key partner to nursing executives, regional presidents, and HR leadership across the system. The position will also play a central role in the transformation of the TA function, including the launch of new AI-powered sourcing tools, redesigned workflows, and a strengthened employer brand.
