About The Position

Nscale is seeking a Director, Supply Chain Technology to manage the global digital portfolio for Nscale's supply chain operations. This role, within Corporate Technology, reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Technology and collaborates with Data Center, AI Infrastructure, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams. The position involves leading systems, platforms, and workflows for supplier collaboration, procure-to-pay, logistics, inventory, and supply chain automation across data center and AI infrastructure operations. The goal is to establish a unified global standard for the supply chain technology stack, ensuring consistent tooling, repeatable deployment models, and reliable integrations across all regions and data centers. This role is crucial for enabling Nscale to scale AI infrastructure with enhanced control, visibility, and operational consistency.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in supply chain technology, enterprise systems, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years owning supply chain platforms in a complex operational environment.
• 3+ years standardizing and rolling out systems across multiple sites or regions.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as ProCore, Hexagon Attune, NetBox, or Ariba.
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay processes and ERP integration experience; NetSuite preferred.
• Proven ability to manage competing stakeholder demands while maintaining clear standards.
• Comfort operating in a high-growth environment where the operating model is still evolving.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in data center, hardware infrastructure, or GPU/AI compute supply chains is a plus.
• Familiarity with DCIM/IPAM tooling and cross-border hardware logistics is preferred.
• Experience supporting M&A integration or global expansion from a systems perspective is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the supply chain technology stack end to end, including platform health, configuration, integrations, upgrades, and roadmap planning.
• Lead the strategy and administration of platforms including ProCore, Hexagon Attune, NetBox, and Ariba, integrated with NetSuite.
• Identify capability gaps and drive the evaluation, procurement, and implementation of new tools.
• Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and audit-readiness across all platforms.
• Build and maintain a templated, repeatable deployment model for supply chain systems across data centers and regions.
• Standardize known-good configurations and deploy them consistently to new sites while retrofitting existing locations.
• Run rollout programs that bring sites into alignment with a common operating model.
• Treat each new data center deployment as a repeatable implementation rather than a bespoke project.
• Serve as the primary technology partner to Data Center and AI Infrastructure teams, along with Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
• Manage competing demands across teams and regions while maintaining clear priorities and governance.
• Own vendor relationships, contract performance, and platform renewals with a total cost of ownership lens.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders around shared standards and scalable ways of working.
• Own procure-to-pay technology from requisition through reconciliation, integrated with NetSuite.
• Provide end-to-end visibility across hardware logistics, inventory, and asset tracking.
• Identify manual workflows and drive automation opportunities across the supply chain.
• Define and track KPIs related to system performance and operational effectiveness.
