Temple University's Division of Student Affairs is searching for a Director, Student Support and Military Connected Success. This position leads the university’s emerging strategy focused on the success, persistence, engagement, and graduation of veterans, military affiliated students, active-duty service members, reservists, National Guard members, and military connected families. This role has been established as part of a broader institutional commitment to strengthening military connected student success and developing coordinated systems that reduce barriers to enrollment, persistence, and degree completion. The Director works across academic and administrative units to build partnerships, improve institutional navigation, and support the development of a more integrated, student-centered model for military connected student support at Temple. In addition to leading military connected student success initiatives, the Director supports broader divisional efforts related to student persistence, transition support, and coordinated student success strategies. Performs other duties as assigned.
