The Director Strategy & Partnerships (North America) is responsible for leading the in-region growth of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), primarily by onboarding clients to the Exhibitor Platform through the migration of the existing client base. This role requires building strong relationships with clients and prospective clients, understanding their goals and challenges, and aligning them with the platform's value proposition to close deals. Additionally, the role involves building ARR through retaining, growing, and enriching partnerships. The Director will also manage junior regional team members, provide market insights to the Product team, and represent the company at industry events.
