• Research and critically analyze current products, markets, market adjacencies, and competitive activity and strategies
• Develop strategic execution plans to enhance current products and markets, and drive growth and competitive positioning
• Identify and develop strategic execution plans to pursue new opportunities and adjacencies
• Develop and maintain assessments of potential strategic investment, partnership, or M&A opportunities aligned to strategic plans
• Develop and cultivate a sensing function and network for new startups and technology market entrants and disruptors, aligned to strategic plans
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and experience in the technology industry
• Analyze and make data-driven decisions while thinking forward
• Distill complex information and incomplete problem statements into actionable strategies and plans
• Collaborate cross-functionally and establish functional work relationships quickly
• Have 7-12 years of experience in enterprise technology/strategy/corporate development/consulting/investment banking/VC & PE
• Have a proven track record of developing and implementing new business and technology strategies
• Possess strong technical skills and knowledge, with the ability to understand new areas of technology quickly
• Have experience with business development, strategic investments and partnerships, and M&A
• Have a strong industry and VC community network
• Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis and information into a clear and concise form

• 7-12 years of experience in enterprise technology/strategy/corporate development/consulting/investment banking/VC & PE
• Proven track record of developing and implementing new business and technology strategies
• Strong technical skills and knowledge, and ability to synthesize and understand new areas of technology quickly
• Experience with business development, strategic investments and partnership, and M&A

• Annual base salary range of $194,000.00 - $311,000.00
