Reporting into the Vice President, Strategic Operations & Enterprise Transformation, the Director of Strategic Operations & Enterprise Transformation is a senior execution leader responsible for driving delivery of strategic initiatives and enterprise improvement efforts. The role partners with functional and senior leaders to translate defined priorities into executable plans, bring discipline to cross‑functional work, and improve visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes. This role is hands‑on and delivery‑oriented focused on coordination, governance, and follow‑through across complex initiatives rather than setting enterprise strategy.
