Being a Director, Strategic Alliances at iManage Means… You own and drive iManage’s strategic technology alliance relationships, with a particular focus on Microsoft and our broader partner ecosystem. This is a senior, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of strategy, commercial execution, and cross-functional leadership. You will define the direction of our alliance programs, negotiate and structure key partnerships, and ensure our partner ecosystem is directly contributing to revenue growth, market expansion, and customer value. You will lead with influence across Product, Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Legal, and Engineering — aligning internal stakeholders and external partners around shared goals. You bring a point of view, make decisions in ambiguous situations, and are accountable for the outcomes of the partnerships you own. This role is ideal for a seasoned alliance professional who has moved beyond coordination and program support, and is ready to shape strategy, lead complex negotiations, and build lasting competitive advantage through partnerships.
