About The Position

Consensus Cloud Solutions is seeking a revenue-focused growth marketing leader to build and scale the inbound pipeline engine for its SMB and Mid-Market sales organizations. Healthcare is the primary growth focus today, while the role will develop strategies and repeatable playbooks that can extend to additional industries and customer segments. The position partners closely with Sales, Demand Generation, RevOps, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and executive leadership to translate market intelligence, buyer behavior, sales feedback, and funnel data into measurable pipeline and revenue. Success is measured by qualified pipeline, pipeline velocity, conversion, efficiency, and closed-won revenue. The Director will own inbound pipeline strategy, lead-generation plans, funnel targets, channel goals, and operating cadences. The role will build acquisition and conversion programs across channels including paid search and social, programmatic, video, content syndication, email, webinars, landing pages, and retargeting. It will develop differentiated campaigns for healthcare audiences while creating frameworks that can be extended to other markets, and will partner with Sales to turn customer feedback, objections, competitive intelligence, and field insights into effective campaigns and enablement. The role will also lead data, targeting, and attribution strategy in partnership with Marketing Operations and RevOps. This includes using account, contact, intent, enrichment, and behavioral data; supporting lead enrichment, scoring, routing, workflows, and integrations; measuring program contribution to pipeline and revenue; and reallocating resources based on performance. The goal is to build a scalable growth system of repeatable segment and vertical playbooks, campaign frameworks, prioritization, experimentation, conversion optimization, lead-management processes, operating rhythms, reporting, and attribution. This is a fully remote position within the U.S., with travel of up to 10%, including travel to the Los Angeles-based office at least once per quarter. The role requires the ability to sit for long periods and handle extended screen time, as well as reliable high-speed internet. Sponsorship is not available. The annual salary range is $140,000–$155,000; total compensation is negotiable and may include an annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time-off packages, and benefits.
