About The Position

PagerDuty is seeking a senior operator and trusted advisor to the Americas Sales and Customer Success leadership. Reporting to the VP, Field Operations, this Director will lead sales planning and translate company strategy into a scalable, repeatable Americas go-to-market engine spanning the customer lifecycle across Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
