DoorDash USA•Los Angeles, CA
•$197,200 - $290,000

About The Position

The Director of Strategy & Operations will set the strategic direction and lead business operations within DoorDash’s DashOS business, which connects merchants’ customer channels with the broader DoorDash ecosystem through hardware, software, payments, and ordering integrations. The role translates long-term vision into financial plans, product and go-to-market priorities, and an operating model that supports growth, merchant retention, and healthy unit economics. The Director will lead the Strategy & Operations team, directly own product operations, and partner with leaders across go-to-market, launch and implementation, support, and account management. The role will design the operating model across these functions and remain closely involved in the merchant experience as the business scales. It includes building the team and systems needed for growth, aligning cross-functional leaders around shared outcomes, and making decisions that balance merchant needs, growth, profitability, and partner dependencies.
