Requirements

  • Master's Degree or equivalent AND 5+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 7+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, program/project management, or corporate education OR equivalent experience.

  • Customer or Partner facing manager role experience.

  • Content Design and development experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall strategy and portfolio of skilling programs for Microsoft customer and partner facing roles, as individual contributors and managers for, Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) Academy executing through program/project management excellence
  • Lead cross-team and organizational virtual teams to deliver program and project initiatives for MCAPS Academy organization that deliver business value.
  • Collaborate with business partners in the MCAPS organization by aligning on business and learning needs to inform skilling needs for field roles
  • Collaborate with Global Skilling Strategic Skilling Managers to analyze new and existing skilling needs and business requirements, skilling plans, and project initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong communications and relationships across your business partners and internal MCAPS teams
  • Design and develop engaging learning content by applying proven instructional design principles, ensuring materials are learner-centric, interactive, and aligned to business objectives
  • Drive innovation and experimentation into programs to drive high levels of engagement and efficacy with our learners
  • Be data-driven, monitoring and tracking adoption and reach of program portfolio and initiatives and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and data-driven analysis.
  • Be AI forward, accelerating AI and Copilot usage by prioritizing hands-on learning, experimentation, and deployment of meaningful AI/Agent solutions.
