The Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) Manager provides overall leadership, administration, and oversight of the school's Expanded Learning Opportunities Program. The ELOP Manager is responsible for designing and maintaining a high-quality, compliant, financially sustainable expanded learning program that supports student learning, engagement, and well-being. The ELOP Manager oversees all aspects of program operations, including program design and implementation, staffing, supervision, budgeting, enrollment, billing, compliance, family engagement, staff development, and continuous improvement. The ELOP Manager works closely with the School Director and other ELOP Managers and other school leaders to ensure the program operates in alignment with organizational priorities, grant requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and all applicable laws and regulations.
