Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The Opportunity: Revolution Medicines is seeking a team member with a background in learning program implementation, planning, and systems thinking. Our Learning & Development team is seeking a team member to lead planning, execution and follow-up to workshops and events across our team. We are looking for someone who is engaging in their style with team members and able to manage a range of tasks to support program efficiency and experience. In addition, this role will support key system and data analytics for the learning team. This team member will oversee team-wide communications through supporting development of content for internal newsletter and communication tools. This role reports to the Senior Director of Corporate Learning and Development, under the umbrella of the Culture, Engagement & Learning team and in close partnership across the Human Resource team. This role is based out of our Redwood City, CA headquarters and will support different time-zones in a hybrid work environment.
