The Global Salesforce Effectiveness & Enablement team manages Salesforce and its ecosystem capabilities that support TransUnion’s marketing, sales, service, and operations organizations, ensuring systems are not just implemented, but consistently leveraged to drive measurable improvements in revenue growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This role reports to the Sr Director, Solution Architecture and leads a geographically distributed team and is critical in translating business goals into scalable, role-based workflows and embedding sustainable adoption through data-driven insights, AI, and modern enablement techniques. It directly influences productivity, pipeline quality, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency by accelerating adoption velocity and ensuring value realization from technology investments. Ultimately, its success determines whether Salesforce investments deliver tangible business outcomes versus remaining underutilized tools. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
