About The Position

As the Global Sales Force Effectiveness Director, you will lead the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) strategy, operating model, and execution for the Refinish business. You will lead CRM governance, pipeline management, sales operating pace, and Commercial Excellence deployment, ensuring adoption and execution across all regions. As the global SFE leader, you will provide strategic direction, governance, and oversight while helping regional teams improve daily execution. Your focus is on improving commercial agility, sales productivity, and profitable growth through disciplined use of data and tools.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales, commercial excellence, or customer-facing functions within a global organization.
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), pipeline management, sales operating models, and sales governance.
  • Experience leading large-scale global process, system, and tool deployments with high adoption rates.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the global SFE strategy aligned with Commercial Excellence priorities.
  • Lead the global SFE organization, including CRM and regional Commercial Excellence teams.
  • Be the primary liaison between Corporate Commercial Excellence and the Refinish business.
  • Oversee the global Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring governance, adoption, data integrity, and enhancement in partnership with IT and corporate teams.
  • Establish and govern global pipeline management standards, driving accountability for pipeline health, conversion, and reporting.
  • Define and oversee a global sales operating pace, integrating pipeline reviews, business reviews, and strategic planning processes.
  • Ensure successful deployment and adoption of Commercial Excellence tools and processes across regions.
  • Lead global change management initiatives to embed new ways of working and sustain behavioral change.
  • Define and report on important SFE metrics, including CRM adoption, pipeline quality, and operating pace adherence.
  • Provide relevant insights and analytics to sales and business leaders to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
