Intapp is looking for a Director of Field Effectiveness to lead the team responsible for building and scaling go-to-market capability across sales, customer success, services, and partners. This is a player-coach role: you will lead a team of Field Effectiveness Managers while staying close to the field and the work itself. Field Effectiveness is one of three pillars within the broader GTM Effectiveness organization, alongside Strategy & Operations and Learning & Skills, and you will own the field-facing side of that mission. You will serve as the primary point of contact for enablement needs across sales, customer success, services, and partner segments, activating programs built in partnership with the broader effectiveness team and driving adoption on the ground. The role requires 7+ years of go-to-market experience with a foundation in sales or customer success, 3+ years of enablement leadership with direct management experience, and a genuine point of view on how AI tools are changing the way go-to-market teams work.
