Seeking a candidate with strong Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) experience, ideally coming from a consulting background. This role is at the Senior Manager level and will work closely with both vendors and operations/business stakeholders. The position will bridge the gap with IT internal end-user teams, stakeholders, executives, and top-tier vendors aligned to SFDC. The environment is an OCE (Omnichannel Customer Engagement) environment, supporting the SalesCompass platform. The role involves working directly with the vendor that owns/provides the tool, focusing on backend business support rather than hands-on administration within the platform. The candidate will gather business requirements and communicate needs to the vendor. This role requires creating analyses and reporting outside of the Sales Compass tool, developing PowerPoint presentations for leadership and stakeholders, and presenting updates and findings approximately 2-3 times per quarter.
