The Director of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is responsible for owning and leading profitable growth strategy across Retail and Away From Home (AFH / Foodservice) channels at Sauer Brands. This role provides strategic leadership for pricing, promotions, trade spend optimization, assortment strategy, and channel mix decisions to maximize revenue, margin, and market share. The ideal candidate is an experienced commercial leader who brings strong analytics and business judgment, and who collaborates across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to shape enterprise growth strategies.
